Front Desk Associate
Responsibilities:
•Greet clients as they enter the Banya
•Provide excellent service to clients at Banya 5’s standards
•Handle and diffuse client issues professionally
•Check in and check out clients of facility
•Answer phones
•Book and coordinate spa appointments
•Neatly stock towels throughout the shift
•Describe services and facility
•Encourage clients to upgrade services and purchase retail items
•Process payments in the POS software
•Cash Handling
•Keep work area clean and organized
•Lobby to be clean and organized
•Floors to be kept clean and free of debris
•Outside Entry to be clean and swept when needed
•Follow daily task lists
•Retail shelves to be dusted and organized
•Replenish printed materials as needed

Front Desk Associates are paid hourly. Starting wage varies, based on previous experience.
