Charylie graduated from Everest College in 2015 and completed certification for Personal Training with the National Academy of Sports Medicine in 2018. She has completed studies in Myofascial Release, Cupping Therapy, and Neural Reset Therapy. Her treatments typically employ dynamic Cupping, Trigger Point Therapy, guasha, and a variety of neuromuscular techniques combined with deeply relaxing pressure.
